Meet Your School Board Member

Loree Y. Williams

I have represented the Woodbridge District on the Prince William County School Board since 2013. Prince William County School Division is the second-largest school division in the state of Virginia as a school board member. In this capacity, I have been instrumental in shaping education policy and ensuring that students in my district receive the best possible educational opportunities.

I have also dedicated myself to serving my community in various roles throughout my life. I have held the title of  PTA President, Gifted Advisory Committee member,  Peer Mediator, and  PWC Youth volunteer. I am a mother of two boys, one is a graduate of Prince William County Schools, and the youngest is currently enrolled in a Title 1 Woodbridge District elementary school.

Beyond my work as the Woodbridge District School Board member, I am also a Prince William County Racial and Social Justice Commission member and Vice Chair of the Governor School at Innovation Park. My long-standing commitment to public education is a testament to my passion for positively impacting the community.

A George Mason University, graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Integrative Studies with a specialization in Conflict Resolution and Peacekeeping.  I am also a proud alumnus of George Mason University's Early Identification Program. While attending GMU, I became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

In addition, I am a proud graduate of Prince William County Schools, having graduated from Woodbridge Senior High School.  As a working professional, I have a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries to support C-Suite executives for over twenty years.
